Post-Conflict Land Tenure Study Group Comes to Timor-Leste

USAID is helping 12 government officials from Sri Lanka learn how Timor-Leste is handling the wide range of land issues, including tenure security, secondary occupation, and the importance and difficulty of developing land policies in a post conflict environment. The study tour is structured to include a combination of Dili-based meetings with senior government and local government authorities, development practitioners, community leaders and site visits to various return and relocation projects.
